What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a way you can order what you want before the order comes in. All pre-orders have arrival dates. Ella Moss has a 15 day shipping window which means it can arrive at anytime within 15 days of the expected date. We ship them out as soon as they arrive. Please do not place a pre-order unless you are willing to wait for the items to arrive. Ella Moss, Splendid, and Velvet do not re-cut so once they are gone they are gone.We can not re-order

Pre-Orders :
All pre-orders will be charged on your credit card at the time of placing your order. Your items will be shipped out as soon as they arrive. If for some reason your item does not come in. Your credit card will be refunded in full. If you have any further questions please call us at 925-294-4150.

Canceled Pre-Orders:
You will be charged a $20 fee for a cancellation of a pre-order. To cover credit card fees, and re-stocking fees.

Item availability:
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. All manufactures may run into dye problems or fabric shortage ext... so please if you order a pre-order take this into consideration before ordering. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Orghipchick accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Orghipchick does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Orghipchick.com has a physical presence. Currently just California residents must pay 8.75 % Tax.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Orghipchick.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Orghipchick.com.
