SHIPPING Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Orghipchick.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We do not process orders
on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually
ship out on Monday.If you need a

Orghipchick cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, Orghipchick reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error. Sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders placed within California.

All TAGS must be attached or your return will be refused.
We have a NO return Policy on Swim wear, Jewelry, under garments, Accessories and Sale items.
Please fill out the complete return form. It will speed up the return process.
We hope you love every item you purchase with Orghipchick, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase and you have followed our policy, you may exchange or return, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (store tags must be attached) within 8 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund in addition to a CC / re-stocking fee of $5. Items received between 8-15 days from the date of order delivery will be eligible for a store credit ONLY. Items past the 15 day mark will be refused and sent back to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and Orghipchick does not cover the shipping on any returned items. Promotions and special offers may be subject to a reduction or cancellation upon a return/exchange. If you would like to do an exchange or a store credit no fees apply. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These are: Swim wear, Jewelry, Accessories and Under garments. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail sales@orghipchick.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Please fill out the return form with your CC info, NAME, and send both the form, and parcel back to the address on your form. Clearly marked RETURN. All returns can only be returned by Fedex or UPS.
